At KOKO WAX, your satisfaction is our priority. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. A photo of the product may be requested before the return process begins.

What is the return period?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase.
What if I received a damaged, defective, or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the packaging (with visible tracking number) and the product received. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you.
Why can’t I return opened products?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). KOKO WAX is not responsible for lost or untraceable returns. Please make sure to mark the package as “RETURN – NO DUTIES” to avoid delays.
Do I need to contact you before sending my return?
Yes, you must contact our team before returning any item. The return address may differ from the original shipping address, and this step ensures your refund or exchange is processed smoothly.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days (up to 7 days depending on your financial institution) for the refund to appear on your statement.
