Everything you need to know about how your KOKO order makes its way to you.
Order processing
All KOKO orders are carefully prepared and quality-checked before shipping. Each item is inspected to ensure it meets our standards — because your KOKO experience starts the moment your package leaves our facility.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, your order will arrive within the following timeframes:

Please note: during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day), delivery times may be slightly extended due to high demand. We always do our best to keep things moving smoothly.

Order tracking
Every KOKO order ships with full tracking included. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with:
- Your tracking number
- A tracking link
- Estimated delivery date
You can use this link anytime to follow your package from our facility to your doorstep. If you have a KOKO account, you can also track your orders directly from your dashboard.
Didn't receive your tracking email within 48 hours of ordering? Check your spam folder, or contact us at hello@kokowax.com — we'll resend it right away.
International orders
We're proud to ship KOKO products worldwide. If you're ordering from outside the United States, please keep the following in mind:
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the customer's responsibility.
- KOKO WAX cannot predict the exact amount of these fees, as they vary widely by destination.
- We recommend checking your country's customs policies before placing your order.
For most destinations, your tracking will continue to update once your package clears local customs.
If something goes wrong
We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely — but on rare occasions, things don't go as planned.
If your tracking hasn't been updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at hello@kokowax.com with your order number. Our team will investigate with the carrier and, if needed, send you a replacement at no extra cost.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A short description of the issue
We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer. No need to return the damaged item — we trust you.
Need to make a change?
We process orders quickly, so changes are only possible before your order has been dispatched. To request an address change or order modification, email us at hello@kokowax.com with your order number as soon as possible.
If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes. Please always double-check your shipping address and contact information before completing checkout.
